Swivel-snap, powder-coated steel hardware with 360° action to allow for easy snap-on/snap-off. Vinyl-coated tubular steel handle is 15/16" x 60" and has a plastic swivel hanger on the end for hanging. Mandatory only for the Department of Veterans Affairs NAC. 12 handles per box.
