Federal agencies depend on accurate information to meet their program objectives – whether medical, legal, historical, or educational. Physicians with the Department of Veterans Affairs medical centers, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Air Force rely on AbilityOne’s digital dictation platform that enables nonprofit agency employees to transcribe information into text files which are then quality checked and uploaded directly to patient files. Non-medical transcription services for interviews, depositions, educational, or historical records are also available and currently being provided to customers such as the VA Central Office; Federal Bureau of Prisons; U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force; and the National Guard.
